Our business model requires ongoing monitoring of customer activity, verification of identity, and strict transaction controls to ensure that our services are not misused for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful purposes.

2. Policy Statement

Vegas Nova is not a financial institution, but we follow the highest standards of AML/CTF compliance applicable to licensed gaming operators.

We strictly prohibit the use of our products or services for:

• Money laundering

• Terrorist financing

• Fraud or financial crime

• Breaches of international trade sanctions

Our policies are designed in line with international best practices, including guidance from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the Anjouan Gaming Commission, and other recognized industry standards.

3. Definitions

4. Governance & Oversight

Vegas Nova has dedicated Compliance team responsible for:

• Implementing AML/CTF policies and procedures

• Overseeing customer due diligence (CDD) and ongoing monitoring

• Reviewing regulatory developments and updating policies accordingly

• Coordinating training for staff and investigating suspicious activity

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Due Diligence

We apply a risk-based approach to KYC at registration and throughout the customer relationship. This includes:

• Identity Verification – Customers may be required to provide government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification, and a selfie for biometric checks.

• Age Verification – Only customers aged 18+ (or higher where required by law) may use our services.

8. Reporting Obligations

Vegas Nova is committed to reporting suspicious activity to the relevant regulatory authorities. Customers linked to money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions breaches will be reported and may be permanently banned from our services.
