Vegas Nova General Bonus Policy
Scope & Acceptance
These Bonus Rules apply to all bonuses, free spins, cashback and promotional offers on Vegas Nova. By claiming or using any promotion, you agree to these Bonus Rules, our General Terms & Conditions, and the offer’s own Special Rules shown on its page.
Offer-Specific Rules & Priority
Each promotion may have Special Rules (e.g., eligibility, wagering, game restrictions, max bet, expiry, win caps). If there’s any conflict, the offer’s Special Rules control for that offer; otherwise these Bonus Rules apply.

1) Eligibility and Activation
1.    You may have one active bonus at a time.
2.    Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Abuse or misuse may lead to bonus removal and cancellation of winnings.
3.    Some offers may be limited by region, currency, or payment method.
4.    If a bonus or free spins do not auto-credit, you must contact Support before placing any bets. If eligible, we will add them.
5.    If anything is unclear or you wish to opt out of bonuses, clicked on the cancel bonus from your account, otherwise contact Support before you play.
6.    Bonuses, cannot be reinstated, once cancelled
7.    Promotions may be offered only to specific players or groups at our discretion. Eligibility is determined solely by Vegas Nova. We may decide not to grant a bonus, or to withdraw it, even if a player meets general requirements or has received promotional material. Participation in any promotion is a privilege, not an entitlement.
8.    Bonus amounts are credited in your account currency, even if advertised in another currency.

9. All promotional decisions made by Vegas Nova are final and not subject to appeal. The Company is under no obligation to provide reasoning for granting, withholding, or removing any bonus, or for declining participation in any promotion.

2) Wallet Order and Using Bonus Funds
1.    Real money is used first, then bonus funds, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
2.    If you place a bet using bonus funds and the bet wins, the winnings are added to your bonus balance, unless the bet completes all wagering, in which case any cashable amount moves to your real balance.

3) Free Spins
1.    Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds, unless stated otherwise.
2.    Free spins expire after 1 day if not used.
3.    For clarity: references to Free Spins here mean spins that do not reduce your bankroll. This does not include free spins triggered within a game.
4.    Standard wagering and max bet rules apply to free-spin winnings unless the offer states otherwise.

4) Wagering Requirements and Time Limits
1.    Casino Offers carry a wagering requirement of 35x on the total amount of bonus. Unless stated otherwise on the corresponding offer terms.
2.    Sportsbook Offers carry a wagering requirement of 10x on the total amount of bonus. Unless stated otherwise on the corresponding offer terms.
3.    No deposit bonuses and no deposit free spins must be wagered within 24 hours, unless the offer says otherwise.
4.    All other bonuses must complete wagering within 7 days of activation, unless the offer says otherwise.
5.    If a bonus is not used by meeting turnover or by losing it within 7 days, the bonus is cancelled and removed.
6.    Wagering counts for one bonus at a time.
a.    If multiple bonuses are active with wagering conditions, wagering applies to the first.
7.    If withdrawal is requested, all active bonuses are cancelled.

4A) Max Bet While Wagering
•    While wagering casino deposit bonus, no-deposit bonus, or free-spin winnings, the maximum bet is $/€5.00 or in your currency equivalent (on slots), and $/€50.00 on Live Casino, and Tables Games.
•    The max-bet rule applies to all bet types, including side bets, gamble features, and special bet features. Breach may result in voiding and removal of winnings.

4B) Game Contribution and Points
Please, note that not all games contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement: 
•    Slots – 100%
•    Crash and similar instant or arcade games (e.g., Aviator, Plinko, JetX, etc.) - 0%
•    Videopoker – 0%;
•    Live Casino Games - 10% (excluding Game Shows - e.g. Monopoly, Crazy Time, Deal or no Deal, etc. - they will not contribute towards the wagering requirement);
•    Table Games - 10%.

•    Following games do not count towards wagering requirement: Koi Princess, Blood Suckers, Lucky Angler, The Wish Master, Devils Delight, Victorious, Ladies Nite, Starburst, EggOMatic, Jackpot 6000.

5) Fair Play and Irregular Play

1. Fair Play means depositing with the intention of playing/risking the funds you deposit.
2. We review transaction records and logs. Where, following a reasonable assessment, Irregular Play is identified as systematic, deliberate, or primarily intended to circumvent wagering requirements, risk controls, or promotional conditions, we may revoke your entitlement to a promotion, adjust or exclude affected bets from wagering, restrict access to future promotions, withhold withdrawals pending verification, and in serious or abusive cases, confiscate related winnings and bonuses.
3. Irregular Play includes, but is not limited to:
   o Creating multiple accounts to gain bonus money.
   o Withdrawing without real-money play.
4. We may also refuse or void a bonus and winnings if funds are cancelled, denied or disputed by a payment service, provider, or by you.

6) Availability
1.    We may change, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. Participation is at our discretion.

7) Errors, Misconfiguration and Corrections
1.    If a technical misconfiguration, human error or failure results in the wrong number or value of free spins or the wrong bonus being added, we may remove any winnings and re-apply the correct configuration.
2.    If a promotion is cancelled by us, such cancellation does not affect an award already redeemed.

3.    Any retroactive claim for uncredited bonuses, free spins, or cashback must be submitted within 3 days of the promotion’s expiry. After this period, such claims are deemed invalid and will not be considered.

8) Compliance Notes
1.    If you want to be blocked from receiving bonuses, contact Support before you play.
2.    We may refuse future bonuses to any player who is deemed to be abusing promotions.

3.    Vegas Nova is not liable for any perceived loss of opportunity or winnings resulting from the modification, suspension, or removal of a promotion or bonus, regardless of whether the player was notified in advance.

9) Reservation of Rights
Vegas Nova reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
• limit, restrict, or block access to any promotion for individual accounts, groups of accounts, payment methods, or jurisdictions;
• adjust or cancel any bonus, winnings, or promotional balance if the Company reasonably believes that an error, misconfiguration, abuse, or breach of these Rules or the General T&C has occurred;
• correct any payout or crediting errors regardless of the cause;
• reclaim bonus funds or winnings that were incorrectly credited or derived from irregular play.
All such actions may be taken without prior notice, and Vegas Nova’s decision shall be final.
